A: We currently ship to Australia only. The quickest way to determine shipping costs is to enter your shipping location at the product and checkout pages; costs are automatically calculated based on product/cart weight.
A: Discretion is our main concern so all our boxes are of plain color with no signs of the content inside. We have a few examples of our packaging on our Instagram and other various social media pages- feel free to take a look if this is a concern.
We run some sales and events from time to time. In case, your discount code is still within the promotion T&Cs. Then, check if there is another automatic code being applied in your check-out page. If so, then click in the "X" to remove the code as indicated in the image below.
A: Credit Card, Bank deposit and Zip Payments are the three options available at the moment.
Bank deposit can be done either via Internet Banking/Mobile transfers or at Branch deposits. Payment instructions are provided after you complete your order. An email confirmation is sent to your inbox (watch your SPAM folder also).
Zip Payments will accept Visa and Master Card and will split your order total in installments.
*Orders which payment is not cleared within 2 business are cancelled.
If you choose PayID, it will clear in our account
immediately . Similar to a Bank transfer but you need to select PayID
