As the holiday season approaches, we’d like to keep you informed about our upcoming Christmas and New Year operations schedule so you can plan your orders with confidence.
Holiday Operations Closure
Please note that customer support and order dispatch will be limited or paused during the following dates:
Closure Period

During this time:

Customer support responses may be delayed

Order dispatch will be temporarily paused

Online orders can still be placed as usual
All orders placed during the closure period will be processed and dispatched once operations resume.
Normal Operations
We will operate as normal outside of the dates listed above, including:

Delivery Timing & Carrier Cut-Offs
While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, final delivery timelines during the Christmas period are determined by our delivery partners.
We recommend placing orders early to allow for carrier holiday demand and cut-off schedules.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM AEST on 24 December 2025 may not be dispatched until after the holiday closure
