Returns & Refunds
Return Policy.
(i) General Return Policy
We accept returns only in accordance with the Return Procedures outlined below.
(ii) Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged or not substantially as described on the product information page (“Damaged Product”), please contact us. If we confirm the issue and the product is returned following our Return Procedures, you are entitled to either:
(a) A full refund, including the applicable Delivery Fee, credited back to your original payment method if payment has already been processed.
(b) No charge to your credit card if payment has not yet been processed.
We do request photos or a short video to help assess the damage before issuing return instructions.
(iii) Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or fault (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will also apply.
Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be issued once the item is received and confirmed to meet return conditions.
(iv) Return Procedures

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the product shipment date.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To process a return, you must contact our customer service team at support@thegreenbox.net.au for return instructions.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Products that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you, and no refund or credit will be issued.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid issues with lost returns.
