Shipping policy

The Green Box uses Australia Post and selected courier partners for deliveries within Australia, unless otherwise stated during the checkout process.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) are typically dispatched on the same business day (excluding weekends and public holidays observed in Sydney, NSW). Orders containing oversized, heavy, fragile, or special-handling items may require additional processing time before carrier collection. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the products in your cart. Exact shipping charges are displayed during checkout and added to your order total before payment.

Please allow 2–8 business days for standard delivery within Australia. If your parcel is being delivered to a workplace, please include the company name in your shipping address.

During promotional periods, online sales, or peak trading events, please allow 5–7 business days for dispatch due to increased order volumes.

All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW.

The Green Box operates a Distribution Centre located in Condell Park, NSW, supporting warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfilment operations across Australia.

Express Shipping

Orders placed using Express Post generally arrive within 1–4 business days for customers located along Australia's east coast.

Regional, rural, and remote locations may experience longer transit times.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates provided above are indicative only. The Green Box is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier providers, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Issues
Once an order has been collected by the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider. While The Green Box is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or incorrectly delivered parcels resulting from carrier or customer address errors, we will assist wherever possible in investigating delivery issues.

If an order is returned to sender for any reason, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.

To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local government charges. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

The Green Box cannot predict, control, or reimburse any customs-related charges incurred after shipment.
