Shipping policy
The Green Box uses Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. Unless state otherwise during the checkout process.
Orders placed by 12pm are usually dispatched the same business day (excluding weekends and public holidays in Sydney - NSW) . Unless when it is complex (heavy weight or requires special handling) it may take longer for the carrier to pick-up the parcel. A tracking number will be provided via e-mail.
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the products in your cart. Exact shipping costs are calculated in cart and check-out pages. The cost will be added to the order total before checkout.
Please allow 2 - 8 business days for delivery. If your parcel is being sent to your work address, please provide a company name.
For orders placed during an online sale, please allow 5 -7 business days for your order to be dispatched (we work really hard we promise, we just get inundated).
All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW.

Express Shipping
Orders made via Express Post should arrive in 1 - 4 business days for Australia’s east coast.
Regional or remote areas may experience longer transit times.

Delivery times - The times listed above are only estimations; The Green Box and their partners are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other courier service providers, especially during high-volume periods.
Delivery issues - Please note once the parcel has left one of our warehouses, it is not our responsibility. The Green Box are not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part. However we will do everything we can to follow up should there be issues. If your order is Return To Sender for any reason, a new shipping fee will be charged.
To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase.
Custom and duty charges - Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you.
Customers are responsible for any import duties or fees that may apply in their country.
