The Green Box services are made available to you only under some terms and conditions.
These terms will become effective when you use, access, or purchase products and services, which are owned and operated by The Green Box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
We may change or update these terms from time to time, so please check this page regularly. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Please read the terms carefully. By using the site or services you agree to be bound by them and you are at least 18 years of age. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, license to access and use the Site via a browser. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against you in our sole discretion if you violate any of these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
By accessing or using any part of the site, you accept these terms, without limitation or qualification. You may not use any portion of the site if you do not agree with all of the terms set forth. Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any such changes.
Some products on this website may contravene certain laws in some parts of the world. The Green Box will not be held responsible in the event of ‘you’ our client contravening such laws. All smoking implements are intended for tobacco and educational purposes only. Products sold from this website are suitable for smoking a variety of herbs including tobacco and tobacco cigarettes. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws.
Fulfillment of products
We normally fulfill orders within 1 to 3 business days from order placed and payment cleared. Exceptions are when there is a product in back order. Furthermore, your goods are dispatched Monday to Friday in exception when it is a Public Holiday in Sydney, New South Wales.
Back orders – There may be certain times when a product is clearly set as back order. Meaning that a product is moving from our supplier to our warehouse. In such time, products will specify that are being sold on back order and the expected time that it will take for us to fulfill your order.
In the event of your order having multiple items, including back order items. We shall delay the fulfillment of your order to be shipped in a single package.
There may be circumstances which we may incur delays with the arrival of goods in our warehouse. Therefore, resulting in fulfillment delays. We will endeavor to send you a notification e-mail if delays are to be incurred in fulfilling your order.
Pricing, Taxes & Payments
All prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
The only way of securing stock and fulfillment of your order is to clear the payment via one of the options available at the time.
Bank deposit payments must be cleared within 3 business days to secure your order as complete.
Orders which payment is not cleared within 3 business days shall be canceled and stock will therefore be returned in the system which will allow us to resell the item.
If you pay your order after 3 days, you order may or may not be fulfilled. If your order is not fulfilled a full refund, exchange of items or store credit can be issued.
If a pricing error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfill an order for an incorrect item. A full refund, exchange of items or store credit can be issued.
If you are using a discount or coupon code, you must enter it at checkout prior to making your payment. If your order is paid without entering a code, you are agreeing to pay the full amount for your items. Discounts cannot be applied or refunded to an order after payment has been made.
Stock and Availability
While we try to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate, unfortunately errors may sometimes occur. If an error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfill an order for an incorrect item.
We cannot guarantee availability on all items and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
If an item is out of stock at time of purchase, you will be notified so other arrangements can be made.
All orders are subject to security checks. If our fraud detection system detects an anomaly with your payment, you will be contacted to confirm your details. We reserve the right to hold your order during this process while we await your confirmation. If we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order and/or account and communicate your information to the relevant authorities.
Risk of Loss
Any merchandise purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third-party carrier. As a result, you may encounter delays in delivery due to carrier responsibility. However, we will re-send a new box to you once the carrier confirms the product loss. A customer service contact centre will be available through e-mail to resolve any shipping issues.
We respect the intellectual property of others and ask that our customers do the same. The entire content included in this site is the property of The Green Box and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
Use of Service
Use of the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited.
If you provide us any feedback or suggestions regarding the Site or Service you hereby assign to us all rights in the Feedback and agree that we shall have right to use such Feedback and related information in any manner it seems appropriate. You agree that you will not submit us any information or ideas that you consider to be proprietary.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may require the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
We may stop selling and sending you our products at any time. If we have suspended or terminated these Terms, the Site, or the Service other than for your breach of these Terms, we will refund you a pro-rate share of any amounts you have pre-paid for products. You understand that any termination of your Account involves deletion of your User Content associated therewith from our live databases. Your rights under these Terms will automatically and immediately terminate if you fail to comply with your promises and obligations stated in these Terms.
You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations that apply to your use of the Site, the Services and the Products. Any delay or failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the intentions reflected in the invalid provision, and the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. The word including means including without limitation. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with regard to the matters described above. These Terms, and your rights and obligations herein, may not be assigned, subcontracted, delegated, or otherwise transferred by you without Company’s prior written consent, and any attempted assignment, subcontract, delegation, or transfer in violation of the foregoing will be null and void.

Products will be shipped in accordance with the shipping method you selected when placing the order. Any delivery dates provided by us are estimates. We will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your Account.
Free shipping is applied only in the first time we send your crate, if for any reason the parcel returns to us you are entitled to an admin charge of $20 to either resend the product to you or as a restock fee.
(i) Return Policy. We will accept returns only for in accordance with the Return Procedures below.
(ii) Damaged Products. If the Product arrives damaged or not substantially as described on the Product information page (“Damaged Product”), We will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Provided that we confirm that your Product was a Damaged Product and was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.
(iv) Return Procedures. The following sets forth the required “Return Procedures”: All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product shipment date. All returned Products must be unused and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service at email@example.com . You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping for the returned Product. All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you and no credit or refund will be issued.
Please read the official rules that accompany each special offer, coupon, discount, contest and sweepstakes that we may offer or conduct. Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order.
