Terms of service

The Green Box Collection services are made available to you only under some terms and conditions.

These terms will become effective when you use, access, or purchase this service, which is owned and operated by The Green Collection, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We may change or update these terms from time to time, so please check this page regularly.  We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. 

Please read the terms carefully. By using the site or services you agree to be bound by them and you are at least 18 years of age. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, license to access and use the Site via a browser. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against you in our sole discretion if you violate any of these Terms.  We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you accept these terms, without limitation or qualification. You may not use any portion of the site if you do not agree with all of the terms set forth. Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any such changes.

Fulfillment of products
The subscriptions service consists of a monthly service which is therefore sent to customers in a monthly basis for orders processed and paid for. All boxes are fulfilled and dispatched on the 15th of each month or the subsequent business day when the 15th is on the weekend or a public holiday in Sydney - Australia.
All products selected from the Green Mart section are fulfilled within 48 hours.

The monthly cycle for subscriptions starts on the 16th and finishes on the 15th of the following month. So, all boxes paid within this cycle are going to have the box dispatched on the 15th.

Product Information; Limitation on Quantities

Excluding any content which may be submitted by Members from time to time, we strive to ensure that the information on the Site is complete and reliable. We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by Members and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted and/or acknowledged).

Risk of Loss

Any merchandise purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third-party carrier. As a result, you may encounter delays in delivery due to carrier responsibility. However, we will re-send a new box to you once the carrier confirms the product loss. A customer service contact centre will be available through e-mail to resolve any shipping issues.

Copyright

We respect the intellectual property of others and ask that our customers do the same. The entire content included in this site is the property of The Green Collection and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

Taxes

Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax in Australia.

Use of Service

Use of the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited.

If you provide us any feedback or suggestions regarding the Site or Service you hereby assign to us all rights in the Feedback and agree that we shall have right to use such Feedback and related information in any manner it seems appropriate. You agree that you will not submit us any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.

Miscellaneous

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may require the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

We may stop selling and sending you our subscription products at any time. If we have suspended or terminated these Terms, the Site, or the Service other than for your breach of these Terms, we will refund you a pro-rata share of any amounts you have pre-paid for a Subscription to the Service (if any).  You understand that any termination of your Account involves deletion of your User Content associated therewith from our live databases.  Your rights under these Terms will automatically and immediately terminate if you fail to comply with your promises and obligations stated in these Terms. 

You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations that apply to your use of the Site, the Services and the Products.  Any delay or failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the intentions reflected in the invalid provision, and the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.  The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. The word including means including without limitation.  These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with regard to the matters described above.  These Terms, and your rights and obligations herein, may not be assigned, subcontracted, delegated, or otherwise transferred by you without Company’s prior written consent, and any attempted assignment, subcontract, delegation, or transfer in violation of the foregoing will be null and void.

Shipping Policy

Products will be shipped in accordance with the shipping method you selected when placing the order.  Any delivery dates provided by us are estimates. We will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your Account. 

Cancellation Policy. IMPORTANT

By purchasing any product, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and date to shipping. To manage and cancel your subscription at any time, you must submit a request by login into your account page and cancel your active subscription 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. The Green Collection may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method within the 24-hour notice requirement.

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms. We accept returns for online store credit only.

You can cancel a monthly or free trial subscription anytime after the first crate ships. Please cancel using our online service by 2:00 PM AET the day before your billing date if you do not wish to receive that month’s box. If you wish to email, please contact us at least two business days prior to your subscription’s auto-renewal date. Gift subscriptions (3-, 6-, 12-, 24-, or 36-month terms) are not eligible for cancellation - these subscriptions will expire after the original term is complete. Auto-renewing subscriptions (pay every 3, 6 or 12 months) can be turned “off” at any time - meaning we will cancel the next automatic renewal of the subscription (instead, the subscription will expire). Auto-renewing subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-term.

Return Policy.

(i) Return Policy. We will accept returns only for in accordance with the Return Procedures below. 

(ii) Exchanges.  We do not accept any Product exchanges.

(iii) Damaged Products.  If the Product arrives damaged or not substantially as described on the Product information page (“Damaged Product”), We will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below.  Provided that we confirm that your Product was a Damaged Product and was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card for the Damaged Product.  The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.

(iv) Return Procedures.  The following sets forth the required “Return Procedures”:  All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product shipment date.  All returned Products must be unused and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service at support@thegreenbox.net.au . You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping for the returned Product.  All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you and no credit or refund will be issued.

Promotions.

Please read the official rules that accompany each special offer, coupon, discount, contest and sweepstakes that we may offer or conduct. Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.  Limit one promotion per order.
