The pressure and ram speed are controlled by the simple pumping of the cranking handle. The press has a new, precisely constructed two-channel temperature and timer controller, an updated replaceable bottle jack, 60 x 150mm insulated solid aluminum dual heating plates, and a reinforced strong frame. You can experience organic concentrate in the comfort of your own home by setting the squash timer, temperature, and Celsius or Fahrenheit preferences on the control panel, raising the lever-operated hydraulic driven plates, twisting the press knob to release, and collecting your produce. The cranking handle is gently pumped to adjust the press's pressure and ram speed.
