Do you ship to _______ and how much does it cost?
A: We currently ship to Australia only. The quickest way to determine shipping costs is to enter your shipping location at the checkout page; costs will automatically be calculated.
What does the packaging look like?
A: Discretion is our main concern so all our boxes are of plain color with no signs of the content inside. We have a few examples of our packaging on our Instagram and other various social media pages- feel free to take a look if this is a concern.
A: We normally fulfill orders within 1 to 3 business days from order placed and payment cleared. Exceptions are when there is a product in back order. Furthermore, your boxes are dispatched Monday to Friday in exception when it is a Public Holiday in Sydney, New South Wales.
You can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 days (Australian metropolitan areas usually take up to 4 days only). If it has been longer than 10 business days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
A: You are going to receive an e-mail with subject “A shipment from order #nnnn is on the way”. Then you can click in the Green Button “View your order” to track it.
Remember to check your spam folder in your e-mail in case is not in your inbox after 3 days from order confirmation.
A: Simply send a picture of the broken piece along with your order number to email@example.com and we'll get you a new one sent out. The piece must be in unused condition.
A: Bank deposit and PayItLater are the two options available at the moment.
Bank deposit requires that you transfer the money to our provided bank account.
PayItLater will accept Visa and Master Card and will split your order total in 4 weekly installments.
*Orders which payment is not cleared within 3 business are cancelled.
