When will my box arrive?

A: Master Kush, OG Kush and The Bush boxes are dispatched on the 23rd of the month and you can expect them to arrive within 7-10 days (Australian metropolitan areas usually take up to 5 days only). International orders can take up to 15 days. We tried shipping via drone, but they all got too high. If it has been longer than 10 days, please contact support@thegreenbox.net.au for assistance. 

All other one-off boxes and purchases are usually dispatched within 48hrs, unless stated otherwise in the product page or promotional materials.

Do you ship to _______ and how much does it cost?

A: We currently ship to Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States & Uruguay. The quickest way to determine shipping costs and availability is to enter your shipping location at the checkout page; costs will automatically be calculated.

How can I track my package?

A: You will be sent the tracking number via email when it has shipped. Currently, all packages can be tracked except the Bush.

What does the packaging look like?

A: Discretion is our main concern so all our boxes are of plain colour with no signs of the content inside. We have a few examples of our packaging on our Instagram and other various social media pages- feel free to take a look if this is a concern.

My item arrived broken?

A: Simply send a picture of the broken piece along with your order number to support@thegreenbox.net.au and we'll get you a new one sent out. The piece must be in unused condition.

How can I change my subscription?

A: Go to My Account Page

In the first time you access your account, you will need to scroll all the way down and click in Register.

Insert your e-mail and choose a password. Once logged into your account. Click the orange "Manage Subscription" button. 

From here you may swap your existing subscription, add products, or subtract products! If you need help or have questions in regards to managing your account, please reach out to support@thegreenbox.net.au for help.

Did you know?

In your account page, you can skip without any fees - meaning you are not going to be charged for the period you choose not to be so you can go on holiday, give some time to consume previous box or a relief to your pocket.
You can do all that in your account management system. If you decide to cancel, just follow the same steps. Again, you just need to register and login with the e-mail address provided.
