How to Participate:
1. Create a video with a minimum of 30secs. showing all or either:
- What the product is
- How the product is used
- Highlight the product features
- Why you chose the product for your green needs
3. You will then receive an email if your entry is accepted and abides by the guidelines with your voucher for your next purchase

Guidelines:
Important note: Due to local laws and social media regulations, we cannot post an act of smoking or display smoking paraphernalia.
- Content Format: vertical video or Instagram Story/Reel size. (1080x1920px)
- Subject Clarity. You can create narrative or non-narrative videos as long as they clearly feature the product/s. Proper lighting, audible narration, and uncopyrighted music background are things to consider in making your video.
- Respect and inclusivity: It is important to create content that is respectful, inclusive, and free from discrimination or offensive language. Avoid using hate speech, derogatory comments, or any content that may harm others. Video/content created should not go against social media community guidelines. Read more here.
- Originality and authenticity: Creators should submit original content that reflects their own experiences or perspectives. We don't accept plagiarism or the use of copyrighted material without proper permission.

Legal compliance: you must respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights. Only use the content you have the rights to or have obtained proper permission to use.
Note: Any copyright issues arising from your content will be your responsibility. - Privacy and consent: you should respect the privacy of others and obtain consent before sharing personal information or images. Seek permission when featuring other individuals in your content, especially if they are recognizable.
- Safety and appropriateness: The content should not contain explicit or harmful content. We prohibit content promoting violence, self-harm, or any illegal activities. All content submitted must be for educational purposes.
- Review and moderation: All submitted content will be reviewed and moderated for compliance with the guidelines. We reserve the right to remove or reject content that does not meet the guidelines.

Terms & Conditions:
Section 1: Participant Eligibility:
By participating in submitting content or videos, participants should be of legal age (18 years old and above) and are in capable mentality and maturity of doing content in line with the business's industry.
Section 2: Content Approval:
The Green Box reserves the right to evaluate what content deems acceptable for the business’s social media channels and website.
Section 3: User Grant of Rights:
By providing or submitting any content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio recordings, or any other materials (collectively referred to as "Content"), the User hereby grants the Company an exclusive, transferable, sub-licensee, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit the content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, promotional, marketing, advertising, and educational purposes.
Section 4: User Representations and Warranties:
The User represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to provide and submit the content to the Company and to grant the rights specified in Section 1 of this Form. The User further represents and warrants that the content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights. The User acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the content they provide or submit.
Section 5: User Release and Indemnification:
The User releases, discharges, and agrees to hold the Company, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and successors harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the use of the content as permitted under this Form.
Section 6: User Privacy:
The Company may collect, use, and disclose personal information provided by the User in connection with the content in accordance with its privacy policy. The User acknowledges and agrees to the Company's collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the privacy policy.
Section 7: Modification and Termination:
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Form, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason. In the event of termination, the rights granted by the User to the Company in Section 1 shall survive.
Section 8: Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
The content and information generated and distributed as part of this promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Privacy Act 1988 in which The Green Box operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Privacy Act 1988.
By providing or submitting content, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Form.
